1. Steam the large noodles for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
2. Stir the pork in the pan until the pork is cooked. Season with seasoning sauce. Stir until the mixture is dry. Set aside.
3. Place lettuce, cabbage, basil, mint, parsley, and salmon on the noodle sheets. Fold both sides of the dough over the filling and roll into a round log. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with dipping sauce.
4. Roll up the noodle sheets. Then turn the pieces into bite-sized pieces. Eat with seafood dipping sauce.
