1. Roast dried or fresh chilies, garlic, shallots until fragrant, then pound them together. Then let it rest.
2. Pound the prepared seasoned salmon together with the spices previously pounded until coarse. Then add the tomatoes and combine again. Then scoop it up and put it in a bowl.
3. Stir-fry the ingredients previously pounded in a pan. Add fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and other seasonings as desired. Stir-fry until fragrant. Turn off the stove and scoop into bowls and serve.
4. Blanch vegetables as you like and serve with chili paste.
